Full Tilt-APCW Audit Controversy

March 2, 2008

This week APCW.org, the popular Poker webmaster website released its audit findings of Full Tilt Poker. APCW is well known and respected in the Poker Community and this video started a firestorm after its release. Although, there were many audit factors the issue that set off the controversy was the suggestion that Full Tilt may be increasing the rake by giving middle position players better starting hands, thus creating bigger pots.

I spoke with J Todd at APCW and he had this to say: “We knew that our finding would bring a lot of heat, but what choice did we have?” Either we sit on this information, or we report the information and allows everyone to make their own decisions”.

We here at Ridge Gaming have a lot of respect for J Todd and the folks at APCW. It took a lot of guts to do what they have done and we are glad someone is checking up on these sites. We would like to encourage everyone to watch the video and draw their own conclusions then let us know what you think in the Poker Forums .
