Full Schedule Set for Bodog Poker Open II

Bodog Poker has released their full schedule for the Bodog Poker Open II (BPOII).  The online poker tournament will bring players a fourteen event series running for eight days.  The action begins September 28th with more than $650,000 in Guaranteed Prize Money offered throughout the series.  The Main Event will feature 10,000 in starting chips and carry the largest guaranteed prize pool to be awarded in Bodog History - a whopping $300,000!

In an effort to spice things up a bit, six of the events will feature bounty tournaments in which players will win $109 worth of Bodog Tournament Credits every time a member of Team Bodog like David Williams, Evelyn Ng, Jean-Robert Bellande or Justin Bonomo is knocked out.  The tournament credits can be used to buy into any BPOII Main Event Satellite held nightly at 9:20p.m. (ET). The Bodog Open will commence with a $100 + 9 buy-in, Kick- Off Bounty Tournament highlighting five grand in additional prize money.   Another attraction in the series will be seven Championship Events that will hold higher buy-ins and deeper chip stacks.

The inaugural Bodog Poker Open was held last March and began with 596 online poker players.  The player ‘phatcat’ was the big winner of the first annual event and awarded with cash winnings of $76,280 as well as an Omega Speed Master Watch worth $4,400.

Full Schedule for the series can be found under the Tournaments tabs and then Bodog Poker Open in the poker room lobby.  The BPO II Main Event will have a $470 + $30 direct buy-in and will be held October 5 at 4 p.m. (ET).  Qualifiers are still running every day with buy-ins beginning at 50 Bodog Poker Points or $5+$.50
