Hand History Replayer
I wanted to take a minute and tell everyone about a great new tool that just came out. It’s called the Hand History Replayer and it was developed by the guys over at Felt Poker Forum. This tool allows players to upload their Hand History files right from their computer and watch them back in real time.
You can see this tool in action on the PokerTrikz forums. You can use it several different ways all which are very valuable to your poker game. The first is to just post a hand history and ask other people how they would have played the same hand. This will let you get other opinions and learn from each other’s experiences.
The second way is to upload a series of hands that will let you review an entire session of yours. This is similar to the first way, but allows everyone else to get a better understanding of the table conditions. Knowing how your opponents are playing is very important for people to find the best way to play a particular hand.
The last way is something I have done frequently with great success. You actually upload some hand histories from an opponent of yours that is giving you trouble. This will let you see things from his perspective. Does he like to check the turn with a flush draw? Does he always double barrel with his overpairs? It’s all up to you to find this out so you can play against him in the future.
I recommend using this tool along with watching free poker videos to improve your game. Watching videos will let you get a better understanding of overall Poker Strategy while discussing specific hands will teach you how to apply that Poker Strategy in different spots.
I hope everyone likes it. Right now it support PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, Cake Poker , and Party Poker.
