Doyle’s Room Opens on the Cake Network

After months of waiting, Doyle’s Poker Room finally moved to the growing Cake Poker Network. This latest move was prompted by the State of Kentucky filing suit against over 140 online gaming operators including Doyle’s room previous network, Microgaming.

This is the third such move by the owners of Doyle’s Room, which originally started out on the Tribeca network. This poker room had a big following with several great promotions and huge bonuses. then the US passed the UIGEA and Tribeca no longer accepted players from the US. Of course Doyle Brunson who is the rooms founder would not tolerate a poker room with his name not accepting his fellow countrymen.

So fast forward and Doyle’s room re-opened his doors to US players on a new network mainly well know for its Euro poker rooms and casinos; Microgaming. Then of course with the Kentucky domain issues they once again lost their US player base. So we find ourselves today once again seeing Doyle’s room on yet another network accepting US players.

We can only hope that this will be the final move for this network, and one wonders how the reception by the players who once again have to move money around and adjust to a new virtual environment.

The crew here at Ridge Gaming do want to give Kudos to Doyle Brunson and his staff for doing what they think it right and in the best interest of players around the world. We only wish all poker rooms would stand up for what is right in our industry.

It’s also worth noting that at this time we have no solid information about what type of bonuses, rakeback, or promotions Doyle’s room will be offering on the new network.
