Online Poker - Get Out The Vote!

Online Poker has had it’s fair share of drama, scandals, and setbacks over the last few years. But the online poker world will not lay down while politicians try and dictate our morale compass and pass legislation to prohibit activities we do in our OWN house!

This week the team here at Ridge Gaming has been working hard “getting out the vote” and lobbying President Elect Obama to legalize online poker in the US. A great article has been placed on change.gov which allows everyone to “vote up” or “vote down” a section asking President Elect Obama to legalize and regulate online poker. In a matter of 24 hours over 40,000 Americans voted and the article spread across every major poker room, newsletters, and blog.

We want to challenge every poker player and any American that wants to preserve the individual freedoms in our country to go here and vote. It only take a minute and it allows us to do our part and send a clear message to our Government.
